Emotion is defined as our state of mind ...derived from our circumstances, our mood, and our relationships with others.

Our relationships with others has much to do with communication ...and our discourse with one another, formulating much of our outlook on life.

Our moods are life a battery ...having a positive terminal and a negative terminal.  And if we allow ourselves to be too negative, it may become terminally bad for ourselves or others.

Circumstances, we claim we have no control over ...and though much of that is true, we have more influence over our circumstances than we would sometimes like to admit.

Yet, perhaps the most influential for most people is how they interact and have discourse with others ...patterning a thought process that becomes our dominant mood.

And when this happens, we often make our circumstances worse ...as we sabotage any possibility of corrective measures.
